About the role

This role is for someone who enjoys creating first connections, opening conversations and turning curiosity into real commercial opportunities.

As a Sales Development Representative, you are often the first person a potential customer speaks with. Your role is to identify relevant companies, reach the right decision-makers and start meaningful conversations around workflow challenges, digital collaboration and operational improvement.

The role combines outbound prospecting, research, qualification and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing. You help create pipeline, bring structure into early-stage outreach and make sure new opportunities are relevant, well-qualified and worth pursuing.

It is a commercial role with a strong focus on communication, consistency and momentum.

Your mission
What the role involves

• Reaching out to potential customers across the DACH region through phone, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels
• Identifying relevant target accounts, decision-makers and buying signals within prospective customer organizations
• Starting conversations with companies that could benefit from better workflows, stronger systems and improved operational structure
• Qualifying leads and understanding whether there is a strong fit for 24 Luna’s solutions
• Working closely with Account Executives, Sales and Marketing to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Contributing to outreach strategies, messaging and campaign ideas that improve response and conversion rates
• Keeping CRM data, activity tracking and prospect information well structured and up to date
• Helping create a consistent and repeatable outbound process that supports predictable growth
• Staying informed on developments in digital collaboration, workflow tooling and the broader SaaS landscape
• Representing 24 Luna in a clear, professional and credible way in every first interaction
Your profile
What makes a strong fit

• At least 1 year of experience in sales development, inside sales, outbound sales or a comparable commercial role
• Ideally experience in B2B software, SaaS or solution-based selling
• Native-level German and strong English skills are a strong advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in reaching out to new people and building rapport quickly
• A structured and disciplined way of working, with careful documentation and follow-up
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently toward clear targets
• The ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a high level of activity
• Interest in digital workflows, modern tooling and operational improvement
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus
