At One Productivity Group (OPG), we are building Europe’s leading ecosystem in Digital Collaboration & AI. Our brands — Bluehive (Asana), Kapaya (Airtable), 24Luna (monday.com), and BridgeFlow (lStrategic AI Consulting) — help organizations transform how they work.

We are growing fast across the Netherlands, DACH, Nordics and UK/I — and we’re looking for a Medior Allround Marketeer who wants to help scale our visibility, authority, and lead generation across multiple brands.

Strengthen the OPG brand ecosystem and turn marketing into measurable growth.

Your profile

What you'll be doing

Brand & Content Development

Develop and execute marketing materials across OPG brands (Bluehive, Kapaya, 24Luna, BridgeFlow)
Create and manage social posts, newsletters, blogs, customer cases and thought leadership content
Safeguard and further professionalize our digital brand identity
Maintain and optimize websites and external communications

Campaign Management

Lead targeted online campaigns around key propositions (AI, workflow optimization, SaaS implementation)
Translate strategic themes into concrete marketing initiatives
Optimize campaigns for qualified leads and sales opportunities
Collaborate closely with Sales to align messaging and positioning

Events & Community Building

Project manage OPG-organized events (webinars, roundtables, customer days, community sessions)
Coordinate participation in external congresses and partner events
Ensure flawless planning, communication and execution
Drive professional brand presence across all touchpoints

Marketing Operations

Align and manage marketing initiatives in Asana
Act as first point of contact for internal marketing requests
Collaborate with external experts (HubSpot, Google Ads, video, design, photography)
Support marketing automation and CRM alignment

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar
1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation and/or event management
Strong execution power: you turn strategy into action
Commercial mindset: you understand how marketing drives growth
Familiarity with tools like Asana, monday.com or Airtable
Experience with HubSpot, Canva and Figma is a strong plus
Fluent English
Dutch and/or German is a strong advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Growth mindset — you want to improve every month
